Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced English TGT to join our esteemed CBSE school. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective English lessons to students of classes 9 and 10, following the CBSE curriculum. The teacher should foster a love for literature, enhance language skills, and prepare students for board examinations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and deliver high-quality English lessons as per the CBSE syllabus.
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning needs.
- Conduct assessments, evaluate student performance, and provide constructive feedback.
- Enhance students’ reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension skills.
- Prepare students for board exams with regular practice tests and remedial sessions.
- Integrate technology and innovative teaching methodologies into classroom instruction.
- Encourage critical thinking, creativity, and effective communication skills.
- Organize and participate in extracurricular activities such as debates, elocution, and literary events.
- Maintain records of student progress and communicate with parents regarding their child’s development.
- Foster a positive and disciplined learning environment.

Qualifications & Requirements:





- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in English Literature or a related field.
- B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) is mandatory.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of teaching experience at the secondary level in a CBSE school.
- Strong command over the English language with excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in using technology and digital tools for teaching.
- Passion for teaching and a student-centric approach.
- Ability to work collaboratively with peers and school administration.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in preparing students for board exams.
- Knowledge of NEP 2020 guidelines and modern pedagogical practices.
- Strong classroom management and leadership skills.
- Creativity in lesson planning and instructional methods.
