OVERVIEW

The Direct Sales Quotation Processor is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service in the creation of Mastercam Sales quotations for internal stakeholders. This role requires clear, professional, and friendly communication to provide product information, respond to inquiries, identify potential issues, and resolve concerns efficiently and effectively. The Direct Sales Quotation Processor plays a critical role in supporting customer satisfaction by ensuring accurate quotation processing with seamless coordination across the team as needed. In this role, the successful Direct Sales Quotation Processor will generate sales quotes for the internal USA sales team, maintaining detailed knowledge of Mastercam’s price list and sales policies. This position will collaborate closely with Sales team members.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer Sales Quote Creation

- Accurately create customer sales quotes in a timely manner in accordance with company policies.
- Prepare renewal quotes during India business hours so they are ready for the USA Sales team to review at the start of each USA business day; standard turnaround within 24 hours.
- Develop sales quotes, including all relevant sales information, and submit them to the USA Sales Department for further review.
- Manage monthly renewal quote volume with seasonal peaks, prioritizing accuracy and throughput
- Partner with Sales team members to learn how to create sales quotes,



with a constant focus on gaining knowledge and additional insight into the Mastercam sales processes to facilitate the sales quotation process in a timely and efficient manner.

Customer Service & Communication

- Respond to internal Sales team members calls and/or emails as needed, provide timely and accurate support in the creation of the sales quotes.
- Respond to inquiries, follow-up, and questions related to the sales orders, licensing, products and services involved in the sales quotation process.

Sales Policy & Pricing Knowledge

- Gain a thorough understanding of Mastercam’s current price list and corresponding Sales Policies.
- Stay informed of the processes involved in generating Mastercam sales quotations, seeking guidance, and asking proactive questions as needed to ensure alignment and understanding.

Collaboration & Efficiency Improvement

- Collaborate with the Sales team members to gain a solid understanding of the process, and to develop a self-reliant ability to efficiency and effectively generate sales quotations.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

Education

- High School Diploma or GED required. Associate’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related field preferred.

Experience

- 3+ years’ experience in a customer service setting, preferably in a sales organization, utilizing a CRM or accounting system to generate customer sales quotations.

- Subscription/renewals experience is a plus

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
