Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Management: Efficiently generate, track, and manage incoming sales leads.
- Client Advisory: Understand corporate client requirements and pitch ideal commercial property options.
- Field Presentations: Conduct qualified site visits, property viewings, and inspections.
- Deal Closure: Actively follow up with prospects and drive deals to a successful close.

What We Are Looking For:

- Mindset: A highly motivated, sales-oriented approach.
- Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience: Experience in field sales is highly preferred.
