Job Summary
The SAP FI Consultant is responsible for configuration, support, and enhancement of SAP Financial Accounting processes. The role involves partnering with business and technical teams to ensure efficient financial operations, compliance, and accurate reporting across enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

Configure and support SAP FI modules including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, and Taxation.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP FI solutions.
Support end‑to‑end financial processes such as month‑end and year‑end close.
Integrate SAP FI with related modules (CO, MM, SD) and external systems.
Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT cycles.
Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and manage incident resolution.
Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP teams for enhancements.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, audit requirements, and internal controls.
Support data migration, cutover, and post‑go‑live activities.

Skills & Experience

Should have 10+ Years experience in SAP FI configuration and support.
Solid understanding of financial accounting principles and business processes.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA FI is preferred.
Knowledge of FI integration with CO, MM, and SD modules.
Familiarity with GST,



taxation, and statutory reporting (India-specific, if applicable).
Experience working in support, implementation, or roll‑out projects.

To lead or be a part of the project team to develop / implement the solution/product as per the requirements of the client within defined parameters of time and quality.

Key Responsibilities
1. To design and develop new tools as per the client’s requirements and/ customize the existing tools.
2. To lead the technical design , ensuring alignment with business requirements, industry standards, and best practices, while determining the optimal configuration of modules, databases, interfaces, and integrations to support business processes.
3. To prepare capability presentations| assessments| proposal preparation.
4. To coordinate project management related activities like creating project plans, allocating resources, and coordinating activities among team members and stakeholders.
5. To support the skilled growth and development of the consulting team members by training, and mentorship.
