Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated BBA/BCA Freshers to join our organization. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work effectively in a qualified environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the team with day-to-day business and operational activities.
- Maintain and update records, reports, and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams and support routine administrative tasks.
- Handle basic data entry, documentation, and reporting activities.
- Assist in preparing presentations, spreadsheets, and MIS reports.
- Support team members in assigned projects and tasks.
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders when required.
- Follow company policies, processes, and standard procedures.
- Learn and adapt to new tools, systems, and work processes.
- Complete assigned responsibilities within given timelines.

Requirements





- Education: BBA / BCA – Freshers only.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong willingness to learn and develop professionally.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Positive attitude and professional approach.
