Masters Preci Tools Pvt. Ltd. (MPT) is a Hyderabad-based engineering and precision manufacturing company with over 25 years of experience in machine building, tooling and industrial automation. Our SPM division designs and manufactures special purpose machines, socketing machines, dies, moulds, mandrels, conveyors and customized automation systems, supported by in-house machining, fabrication, assembly and quality capabilities.

Role

We are looking for a Production Engineer to manage and coordinate manufacturing and assembly activities for our SPM division, ensuring machines are completed as per engineering drawings, quality requirements and committed delivery schedules.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and monitor daily production activities for SPM projects.
- Coordinate machining, fabrication, welding, assembly, painting and external job works.
- Review engineering drawings, BOMs and production requirements before execution.
- Allocate and coordinate work between machinists, fabricators, fitters and assembly teams.




- Track project progress and ensure adherence to production schedules.
- Coordinate closely with Design, Purchase, Stores, Quality and Electrical teams.
- Identify material, drawing and process shortages and resolve production bottlenecks.
- Ensure dimensional accuracy, alignment, fitment and overall workmanship.
- Monitor rework, rejection and production delays and initiate corrective actions.
- Support machine trials, troubleshooting, FAT and final dispatch readiness.
- Drive improvements in productivity, quality, safety and shop-floor discipline.

Requirements

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production or Manufacturing Engineering.
- 2–5 years of experience in SPM, machine building, automation, machine tools or engineering manufacturing.
- Valuable understanding of engineering drawings, tolerances, machining, fabrication and assembly.
- Strong production planning, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Working knowledge of Excel and production documentation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
