Urban Hungry Media is looking for a creative Social Media Manager who genuinely understands how social media works.

You’ll be managing social media for different brands, from planning what goes out to understanding what performs, why it performs, and what we should do next. This role is for someone who can think creatively, execute independently, and keep up with the fast-moving world of social media.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

- Plan and manage social media for multiple brands, including content calendars, Reels, posts, stories, campaigns, and day-to-day content.
- Come up with robust content ideas, hooks, captions, concepts, and campaign ideas based on the brand, audience, and current trends.
- Manage and grow accounts across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, while maintaining each brand's tone and identity.
- Work closely with designers, video editors, content writers, and clients to get content planned, created,



approved, and published on time.
- Monitor insights and performance, understand reach, engagement, watch time, saves, shares, growth, and other relevant metrics, and use these insights to improve content and strategy.
- Stay genuinely updated with Instagram trends, algorithm changes, content formats, and what is currently working on the platform.

ELIGIBILITY

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or related fields preferred.
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in social media management, content, or digital marketing.
- Candidates should have practical experience managing social media accounts and using Meta Business Suite and Canva.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
