- Meal Preparation
- Prepare daily breakfast, lunch, evening snacks, and dinner as per the schedule.
- Ensure meals are nutritious, hygienic, and suitable for Children's and staff.
- Follow the approved menu and dietary requirements.
- Food Quality & Hygiene
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food hygiene.
- Ensure proper washing, cleaning, cutting, cooking, and storage of food.
- Check the freshness and quality of ingredients before use.
- Prevent food contamination and wastage.
- Kitchen Management
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the kitchen and cooking area.
- Clean utensils, cooking equipment, counters, and storage areas regularly.
- Ensure proper handling and secure use of gas, electrical appliances, and other kitchen equipment.
- Grocery & Inventory Management
- Maintain records of groceries, vegetables, spices, and other kitchen supplies.
- Inform the concerned person in advance about items that need to be replenished.
- Ensure proper storage and rotation of food items.
- Minimize food wastage and unnecessary consumption.
- Meal Planning




- Support preparation of weekly/monthly meal plans.
- Coordinate with the Project/Residential Manager regarding special meals or dietary requirements.
- Adjust meals based on residents' needs and availability of ingredients.
- Cost & Wastage Control
- Use ingredients efficiently and control unnecessary wastage.
- Follow the allocated food budget and approved quantities.
- Maintain portion control wherever required.
- Health & Safety
- Follow food safety and personal hygiene practices.
- Maintain clean clothing, hands, utensils, and cooking surfaces.
- Ensure safe handling of hot surfaces, knives, gas, and electrical equipment.
- Immediately report any kitchen safety issue or equipment damage.
- Support During Events/Activities
- Prepare food and refreshments during project activities, meetings, or special events as required.
- Support additional meal requirements during special occasions or increased occupancy.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
