Job Summary

Responsible for making outbound calls to prospective and existing customers, generating leads, following up on enquiries, promoting products/services, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Contact customers from leads, enquiry databases, and CRM/DMS systems.
- Explain two-wheeler models, features, offers, finance options, and schemes.
- Follow up with customers regarding enquiries, bookings, test rides, and vehicle deliveries.
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
- Schedule showroom visits and test rides.
- Maintain accurate customer details and call records.
- Update customer follow-up status in CRM/DMS.
- Conduct customer feedback and satisfaction calls.
- Reconnect with old, inactive, and lost customers to generate new opportunities.
- Coordinate with Sales Executives for further customer follow-up.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling,



lead-generation, and appointment targets.
- Prepare daily call reports and submit MIS to the reporting manager.
- Handle customer queries professionally and escalate complaints when required.
- Maintain skilled communication and good customer relationships.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 12th qualification; Diploma/Degree preferred.
- 0–3 years of telecalling/customer service/sales experience preferred.
- Good Tamil and English communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM/DMS.
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Customer-focused and target-oriented.
- Good telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹11,000.00 per month
