Job Description

We Dezine Studio is seeking an experienced Vendor Management Executive to manage vendor relationships, procurement coordination, and project-related sourcing activities. The ideal candidate will ensure timely delivery, cost optimization, and quality compliance from vendors and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors and suppliers.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing vendors and negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements.
- Coordinate procurement activities for interior design and project requirements.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials and services as per project schedules.
- Monitor vendor performance, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
- Resolve vendor-related issues, delays, and escalations efficiently.
- Maintain accurate vendor records, contracts, and purchase documentation.
- Collaborate with project, design, and operations teams to meet business requirements.
- Analyze procurement costs and identify opportunities for cost savings.
- Conduct periodic vendor audits and performance reviews.

Requirements:





- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Vendor Management, Procurement, or Supply Chain Operations.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Knowledge of procurement processes and vendor evaluation methods.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/Procurement software.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
