Hiring: Accounts Executive

Location: Gurugram
Company: Triumph Auto Parts Distributors Pvt. Ltd.
Experience: 2–5 Years

Key Responsibilities
Maintain daily accounting entries and bookkeeping.
Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
Prepare and process vendor payments and customer receipts.
Perform bank reconciliation and cash management activities.
Generate invoices, debit notes, credit notes, and payment vouchers.
Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
Maintain records of expenses, bills, and supporting documents.
Coordinate with branches for account-related reconciliations.
Prepare MIS reports and financial data as required by management.
Support monthly and yearly account closing activities.




Ensure accuracy and compliance in all accounting transactions.

Required Skills:

- Valuable knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime
- Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Basic Formulas)
