Job Description:

- Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade Agentic AI solutions using Google Agentic AI technologies, with strong hands-on experience in Gemini Enterprise CX (GECX) and Agent Development Kit (ADK).
- Develop intelligent AI agents capable of understanding user intent, reasoning across multiple steps, interacting with enterprise systems, and executing business workflows autonomously.
- Demonstrate robust production-grade Python programming skills, including asynchronous programming, scalable application development, API integration, error handling, testing, and performance optimization.
- Design and implement LLM-powered applications using appropriate model-selection strategies, with a strong understanding of model capabilities, limitations, latency, cost, and performance.
- Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions, including retrieval strategies, context engineering, evaluation, grounding, and response-quality optimization.
- Develop and implement LLM evaluation and benchmarking frameworks to measure accuracy, relevance, hallucination, latency, reliability, and overall agent performance.
- Build and deploy AI agents for key enterprise use cases including Integrated Services Experience, Rewards/Subscriptions, FSR Scheduling, and Charging Chatbot.
- Develop robust integrations between AI agents and enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, SharePoint, and internal enterprise/Ford tools.
- Implement observability and monitoring capabilities for AI systems, including dashboards, distributed tracing, logging,



performance monitoring, alerting, and production health metrics.
- Apply enterprise-grade AI privacy and security practices, including PII identification and handling, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), encryption, secure API access, and regulatory/compliance requirements.
- Implement responsible AI and enterprise guardrails, including content moderation, prompt protection, bias mitigation, safe responses, policy enforcement, and responsible AI practices.
- Demonstrate working knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and its broader ecosystem, including cloud services, identity and access management, security, deployment, monitoring, and application infrastructure.
- Work with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices to automate testing, deployment, version control, release management, and production rollout of AI applications and agents.
- Collaborate closely with solution architects, product owners, business stakeholders, engineering teams, and enterprise technology teams to translate business requirements into scalable Agentic AI solutions.
- Take end-to-end ownership of AI agent development—from solution design, prototyping and evaluation through production deployment, monitoring, optimization, and continuous improvement, while maintaining high standards of quality, security, scalability, and reliability.
