Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced CNC Cutting Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of the CNC cutting section in our hydraulic manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising CNC Plasma, Laser, and Oxy-Fuel cutting operations, ensuring timely production, maintaining quality standards, optimizing material utilization, and leading the cutting team to achieve production targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily CNC cutting operations.
- Plan and allocate work to machine operators.
- Ensure cutting as per engineering drawings and production schedules.
- Monitor CNC Plasma, Laser, and Oxy-Fuel cutting machines.
- Verify quality and dimensions of cut materials.
- Optimize material utilization and reduce scrap.
- Coordinate with Production, Planning, Stores, and Quality departments.




- Maintain production and machine reports.
- Ensure preventive maintenance of cutting machines.
- Implement 5S and safety practices.
- Train and guide cutting operators.
- Achieve daily production targets.

Qualifications

- Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering or ITI with relevant experience.

Experience

- Minimum 2 years as a Supervisor in an engineering or hydraulic manufacturing company.
