We are looking for a Configuration Associate to join our backend operations team. The candidate will be responsible for system configuration, data updates, verification, and coordination with various teams.

Requirements

- Freshers or experienced candidates are welcome.
- Good communication skills in English, Kannada, or Tamil.
- Good knowledge of computers and basic software applications.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
- Positive coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to complete assigned tasks within the given timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle backend configuration activities in the NeoTrack system.
- Verify data and ensure accurate updates in the system.
- Coordinate with support, frontend, installation, and technical teams for configuration requirements.
- Identify configuration-related issues and coordinate for resolution.
- Maintain proper records of completed tasks.
- Follow standard processes and ensure timely completion of assigned work.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
