- Good knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel & Email
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain office documentation and records
- Good organizational and time-management skills

Key Responsibilities

- Perform Marathi and English typing for letters, reports and official documents
- Handle official calls, enquiries and follow-ups
- Manage calendars, appointments and meeting schedules
- Coordinate meetings and maintain daily office schedules
- Prepare emails, reports and office documents
- Maintain employee files, office records and significant data
- Coordinate with HR, administration,



management and other departments
- Support basic HR administrative activities
- Handle day-to-day reception and office coordination work
- Maintain professional communication with visitors, employees and clients

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Graduate / 12th pass with relevant office experience
- Good Marathi & English communication
- Computer knowledge and typing skills
- Presentable, disciplined and responsible
- Ability to handle multiple administrative tasks
- Candidates available for immediate joining will be preferred
