Collection Executive / Recovery Executive

Salary : ₹17,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Frontline Business Group is seeking dedicated, hardworking, and responsible Collection Executives to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who are looking to start their careers in collections, customer relations, and financial recovery.

Responsibilities :-

- Contact customers with overdue accounts through phone calls and field visits.
- Recover outstanding debts and overdue payments in a timely manner.
- Resolve billing disputes and payment-related concerns.
- Negotiate one-time settlements or revised payment plans within company guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and collection activities.
- Handle difficult situations professionally while maintaining positive customer relationships.




- Meet assigned collection and recovery targets.

Qualifications

- Any Bachelor's Degree (preferred not mandatory).
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in collections, customer service, or sales will be an added advantage.
- Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Robust persuasion, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle stressful situations. Professional approach when dealing with difficult or evasive customers.
- Self-motivated, hardworking, and target oriented.
- Willingness to travel locally for field visits.
