Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Executive / Accountant with experience in manufacturing accounting.The candidate will be responsible for cost accounting, inventory management, expense tracking, financial reporting, GST/TDS compliance, and maintaining accounting records in Tally Prime.

Key Responsibilities

1. Cost Accounting

Calculate raw material, labour, and production costs.

Maintain cost records and analyze manufacturing expenses.

Handle Purchase Orders (PO), GRN, and supplier invoice verification.

Support costing and profitability analysis.

2. Inventory Management

Maintain records of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.

Perform stock reconciliation and inventory audits.

Maintain inventory records in Tally Prime.

3. Production & Expense Tracking

Track factory expenses such as electricity, maintenance, and consumables.

Allocate costs to departments and projects.





Monitor production-related expenses.

4. Financial Reporting​

Prepare Profit & Loss statements, MIS reports, and financial summaries.

Assist management with cost and profitability analysis.

5. Compliance & Taxation​

Handle GST, TDS, and statutory compliance activities.

Assist with audits and tax-related activities.

Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards.

Requirements

B.Com / M.Com / MBA – Finance.

1–3 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing industry.

Strong knowledge of Tally Prime, GST, Inventory Accounting, and MS Excel.

Experience in costing and inventory management preferred.

Valuable analytical and communication skills.
