Key Responsibilities

- Pick up customer orders from restaurants, stores, or dark stores.
- Deliver orders safely and within the expected delivery time.
- Use the delivery app to accept, track, and complete orders.
- Maintain qualified behaviour with customers and store/restaurant staff.
- Follow traffic rules and safety guidelines.
- Handle delivery-related issues and coordinate with the support team when required.
- Maintain good delivery performance and customer service standards.

Eligibility

- Minimum age: 18 years
- 10th Pass / 12th Pass / Graduate
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Valid smartphone with internet connection.
- Basic knowledge of using mobile applications.
- Good knowledge of the local area is preferred.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred for bike delivery.
