Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and business-focused Franchise Manager to join our team in Amritsar, Punjab.

The Franchise Manager will be responsible for supporting the growth and management of Kohi Cafe's franchise network, building strong relationships with franchise partners, ensuring operational standards, and helping franchise outlets achieve business and customer-service goals.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of franchise operations, hospitality, business development, sales, and relationship management.

Key ResponsibilitiesFranchise Management

- Manage relationships with existing and prospective franchise partners.
- Act as the primary point of contact for franchisees.
- Support franchise partners throughout the franchise lifecycle, from onboarding to ongoing operations.
- Ensure franchise outlets follow Kohi Cafe's brand, operational, service, and quality standards.
- Conduct regular outlet visits and operational reviews.
- Identify operational challenges and work with franchisees to resolve them.
- Monitor franchise performance and provide actionable recommendations.

Business Development

- Identify and evaluate potential franchise opportunities and partners.
- Generate franchise leads through networking, referrals, digital channels, and business development activities.
- Conduct initial discussions and presentations with prospective franchise partners.
- Understand potential franchise locations and evaluate their business potential.
- Support the franchise sales process from lead generation through onboarding.




- Build and maintain a strong franchise partner pipeline.

Operations & Brand Standards

- Ensure franchise outlets maintain consistent Kohi Cafe standards.
- Coordinate with operations, training, marketing, and management teams to support franchise outlets.
- Monitor food quality, service standards, customer experience, hygiene, and brand presentation.
- Assist franchisees with operational planning and launch preparation.
- Support new franchise outlets during their pre-opening and launch phases.
- Track outlet performance and identify areas for improvement.

Reporting & Performance

- Monitor key franchise performance indicators including sales, customer experience, operational efficiency, and profitability.
- Prepare regular franchise performance reports for management.
- Identify opportunities to improve franchise sales and operational performance.
- Track franchisee concerns and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate franchise partner and outlet records.

Franchise Partner Support

- Build strong, professional, and long-term relationships with franchise partners.
- Understand franchisee requirements and provide appropriate support.
- Coordinate training and operational support where required.
- Help franchisees understand and implement Kohi Cafe's systems and processes.
- Ensure effective communication between franchise partners and the Kohi Cafe management team.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- 3–6 years of experience in franchise management, business development, hospitality operations, restaurant management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in the café, restaurant, QSR, hotel, or food & beverage industry is preferred.




- Strong understanding of franchise business models and operations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Strong business development and sales abilities.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple franchise partners and projects simultaneously.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Willingness to travel for franchise visits and business meetings when required.
- Professional, confident, and results-oriented personality.
