We are looking for a passionate and creative Social Media Manager who can manage social media platforms, create content strategies, and run high-performing advertising campaigns on Meta and Google.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media strategies for multiple brands.
- Plan and manage monthly content calendars.
- Create engaging captions, hashtags, and content ideas.
- Manage Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X (Twitter) accounts.
- Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors for creative content.
- Schedule and publish posts using Meta Business Suite and other scheduling tools.
- Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries.
- Monitor competitors and stay updated with the latest social media trends.
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare monthly reports.
- Increase brand awareness, engagement, followers, and lead generation.
- Work closely with the marketing team to achieve business goals.

Paid Advertising Responsibilities

- Plan, create, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads).
- Manage Google Ads campaigns including Search, Display, Performance Max, and YouTube Ads.
- Perform audience research and targeting.
- Create conversion-focused advertising campaigns.
- Manage campaign budgets and bidding strategies.
- Monitor KPIs including CPC, CTR, CPM, CPL, ROAS, and conversions.




- Perform A/B testing to improve campaign performance.
- Generate leads through paid advertising campaigns.
- Track campaign performance using Google Analytics and Meta reporting tools.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X (Twitter).
- Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite and Meta Ads Manager.
- Good knowledge of Google Ads.
- Understanding of audience targeting, remarketing, pixel setup, and conversion tracking.
- Experience in creating social media content strategies.
- Excellent content writing and communication skills.
- Knowledge of Canva and basic Adobe Photoshop.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms and trends.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet deadlines.
- Creative thinking with excellent problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Social Media Management or Digital Marketing.
- Experience working in a Digital Marketing Agency will be preferred.
- Google Ads and Meta Blueprint Certifications are a plus.
