Jewellery Sales Executive

Experience: 0–5 Years/Freshers | Location: Coimbatore

We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Jewellery Sales Executive to assist customers, drive sales, and provide an excellent showroom experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and understand their jewellery requirements.
- Recommend suitable jewellery based on customer preferences and budget.
- Explain product details, pricing, offers and schemes.
- Increase sales by suggesting better products and related jewellery.
- Handle counter sales, billing support and customer queries.
- Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat visits.
- Maintain stock records and ensure safe handling of jewellery.
- Keep the counter clean, attractive and properly displayed.
- Follow up with customers for feedback, reviews and future requirements.




- Work with the team to ensure smooth showroom operations.

Requirements

- 12th / Diploma / Any Degree
- 0–5 years of sales experience. Jewellery field is an advantage
- Tamil communication is essential; English is an advantage
- Positive communication and customer-handling skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Team player with attention to detail
- Basic ERP knowledge is an advantage
