About the Role

ONLINELR is looking for a creative and energetic Instagram Reel Creator / Short-Form Video Editor to help us build engaging video content for our social media platforms.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable both in front of and behind the camera, with a strong understanding of Instagram Reels, short-form storytelling, trends, and audience engagement. You will create relatable and authentic content that showcases ONLINELR’s services, values, features, and user benefits in a simple and engaging way.

Key Responsibilities

- Ideate and develop creative concepts for Instagram Reels and other short-form videos.
- Participate in on-camera shoots and confidently portray different user scenarios.
- Work closely with the content and marketing teams on scripts, concepts, hooks, and storytelling.
- Explain ONLINELR’s features and services in simple, relatable language.
- Edit short-form videos or coordinate with editors to ensure engaging, high-quality output.
- Provide creative feedback on video editing, pacing, transitions, captions, music, and visual presentation.
- Stay updated with Instagram trends, formats, sounds, and content styles relevant to the brand.
- Create content that is authentic, entertaining, informative,



and aligned with ONLINELR’s brand identity.
- Maintain consistency in the quality and frequency of social media content.
- Contribute ideas that can improve engagement, reach, and brand awareness.

What We’re Looking For

- Strong interest in Instagram Reels, social media, and short-form video content.
- Good communication and storytelling skills.
- Comfortable appearing on camera and portraying different characters or user situations.
- Basic to strong video editing skills using tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, VN, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.
- Good understanding of social media trends and what makes short-form content engaging.
- Creative mindset with the ability to turn simple ideas into compelling videos.
- Ability to work collaboratively with content and marketing teams.
- Freshers with strong creativity and relevant portfolios/projects are welcome to apply.
