- Manage day-to-day branch operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Lead and motivate the branch team to meet sales and customer service targets.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve branch goals.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies.
- Manage branch finances, including budgeting and financial reporting.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
- Oversee staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
