We are looking for a smart, confident, and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive to manage and maintain strong relationships with clients. Key Responsibilities: Handle customer queries and provide timely solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Follow up with customers through calls, emails, and other communication channels. Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve complaints professionally. Maintain customer records and update information in the CRM system. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service. Collect customer feedback and work towards improving the overall customer experience. Requirements: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer handling and problem-solving abilities. Good knowledge of CRM and MS Office. Smart, confident, and qualified personality. Previous experience in customer relationship management or customer service will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
