Role Overview

The Centre Community Manager will be responsible for building strong parent engagement, managing daily centre communication, supporting events and activities, and ensuring smooth coordination between parents, teachers, and the centre team. This role requires good communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.

What You’ll Do

Centre-Level Events; Workshops Management

- Plan and manage centre activities, workshops, competitions, and events
- Work with coaches and facilitators for smooth execution
- Maintain event records, attendance, feedback, and documentation

Parent Enquiry Handling; Relationship Management

- Handle parent enquiries via walk-ins, calls, WhatsApp, and online platforms
- Explain programs, schedules, fees, and trial class details clearly
- Follow up with parents for admissions, trials, and conversions
- Build positive parent relationships and resolve concerns professionally

Social Media Support

- Create basic social media posts for activities, events, and achievements
- Coordinate photo and video collection from sessions and workshops
- Schedule and publish content on Instagram and Facebook





Kids Teacher Attendance Tracking

- Maintain daily attendance records for students and teachers
- Track batch-wise attendance and schedule updates accurately
- Prepare weekly/monthly attendance reports and maintain digital records

CRM Reporting of Marketing & Sales Data

- Update and maintain student and enquiry data in the CRM
- Track trial classes, admissions, follow-ups, and conversions
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for accurate data records

Who This Is For

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

- Customer handling and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and social media

- Full-time.

Compensation

25,000-30,000

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
