Eminence Technology is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in payroll processing, attendance management, statutory compliance, and banking coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage monthly payroll and employee attendance records.
- Handle GST filing and related compliance activities.
- Manage EPF, ESI, and other statutory compliances.
- Coordinate with banks for account-related activities and transactions.
- Maintain financial records and accounting documentation.
- Assist in invoice processing, reconciliations, and reporting.
- Ensure timely compliance with company and government regulations.
- Work closely with internal teams to streamline accounting processes.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Payroll Management.
- Experience in GST, EPF, ESI, and statutory compliances.
- Banking coordination and documentation experience.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
- Solid analytical and organizational skills.
- Proactive approach and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
