Looking to hire for the post of Junior Accountant, who will work with other Accountants in order to efficiently maintain finances and ensure necessary compliances.

Responsibilities:

- Preparing Tax Invoices and generating E way Bills, RoC compliances.
- Maintaining & Preparing of Data entry of sales, purchase, cash, bank, Journal in Tally ERP.
- Filing of statutory returns & online payments of ESI & PF etc.
- Preparing data payroll, GST Filing, TDS/ TCS payment, PT filing, executing works at CA office, GST office, TDS office whenever required.
- Handling of petty cash & Banking operations.
- Perform Account Reconciliations, Month End Close activities, review of GLs, monthly accruals.
- Bill follow-up.
- Day-to-day data entry into relevant software.




- Reconcile bank statements and other financial records to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
- Provide administrative assistance to the finance and commercial department.

Additionally, any other work as may be necessary.

Requirements:

- Work Experience: minimum 2 years
- Proficient in Tally ERP 9
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to quickly understand and learn on the job

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
