Key Responsibilities:* Handle end-to-end recruitment for White Collar positions*
Candidate sourcing through job portals, references & social media
Screening and interview coordination
Follow up with candidates until joining
Maintain recruitment MIS and daily reports
Achieve assigned hiring targetsSkills: Good communication, sourcing skills, follow-up, and target-oriented approach.
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
