Job Summary

The Wedding Sales Manager is responsible for generating revenue through wedding events by handling inquiries, converting leads into confirmed bookings, coordinating with clients, and ensuring smooth execution of wedding functions at the property.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle wedding and social event inquiries through calls, emails, and walk-ins.
- Conduct site inspections for potential clients and showcase the property.
- Prepare and present wedding packages, proposals, and quotations.
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings to achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Coordinate with banquet, F&B;, operations, and décor teams for seamless event execution.
- Maintain relationships with wedding planners, decorators, and event partners.
- Ensure proper documentation, contracts, and advance payments from clients.
- Manage event timelines, guest requirements,



and special requests.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, bookings, and revenue reports.
- Ensure excellent guest satisfaction throughout the wedding event process.

Skills Required

- Robust sales and negotiation skills

- Knowledge of wedding trends and event planning
- Ability to handle high-value clients professionally
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools

Experience

- 2–5 years experience in wedding sales, banquet sales, or event management in hotels/resorts.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
