Job Description – Bartender

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate, energetic, and customer-focused Bartender to join our Food & Beverage team. The ideal candidate will have a flair for creating great beverages, delivering excellent guest service, and maintaining a professional and welcoming bar environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company standards.
- Welcome guests warmly and provide friendly, professional service.
- Recommend beverages based on guest preferences and provide information about the menu.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the bar area.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of beverages, glassware, and bar equipment.
- Monitor stock levels and inform the supervisor about replenishment requirements.
- Follow standard recipes, portion controls, and beverage presentation standards.




- Handle guest requests and concerns professionally and promptly.
- Ensure responsible service of alcohol in accordance with company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of beverage usage and stock, where required.
- Support the team during busy periods and special events.
- Follow all hotel policies, safety standards, and operating procedures.

What We’re Looking For

- Previous experience as a Bartender in a hotel, restaurant, bar, or similar hospitality environment.
- Good knowledge of beverages, cocktails, and basic mixology.
- Excellent communication and guest-service skills.
- Pleasant personality with a positive and professional attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced workplace.
- Good teamwork and coordination skills.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
