Position: Performance Manager – Social Media
Industy : Cosmetic Industry
Experience: 5+ Years
Salary: Up to ₹10 LPA
Working Hours: 9 AM – 6 PM
Week Off: All Sundays & 2nd/4th Saturday
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute & optimize paid campaigns on Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc.
- Monitor KPIs like CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPC, leads & conversions.
- Manage ad budgets and ensure maximum ROI.
- Develop full-funnel strategies and improve conversion performance.
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives, copies & audiences.
- Coordinate with creative, content, sales and CRM teams.
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and provide actionable insights.
Required Skills:
Robust analytical skills, paid ads expertise, funnel optimization, Excel/Sheets & campaign scaling experience.
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
