About the Role:
We are looking for a B2B Sales Executive & Market Development to drive business growth through customer acquisition, B2B sales and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new B2B sales opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Approach potential customers, fleet operators, institutions and business partners.
- Support market expansion through identification and onboarding of suitable dealers/channel partners.
- Conduct customer meetings, product presentations and follow-ups to drive sales conversions.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with customers and business partners.
- Conduct regular market visits and monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution and customer support.
- Maintain sales records and regular reports.




- Travel extensively within the assigned territory for customer meetings, market visits and business development activities.

Candidate Profile

- 1–4 years of experience in Sales, B2B Sales, Business Development or Market Development.
- Experience in EV, Automobile, Automotive, Mobility or related industries preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable with field work and extensive travel.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/CRM and sales reporting.
- Valid driving licence and willingness to travel on a two-wheeler preferred.
- Candidates from Bhopal, Raisen and Mandideep will be preferred, particularly those familiar with the local market and surrounding territories.

Note: This is a field-oriented role requiring regular travel within the assigned territory.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
