Project Lead – AI & Full-Stack Development

We are looking for an experienced Project Lead – AI & Full-Stack Development with 5–12 years of experience to lead technology projects, manage development teams, and drive the successful delivery of AI-powered and full-stack applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end software development projects from requirement gathering through deployment and delivery.
- Manage and mentor developers, ensuring effective collaboration, productivity, and timely delivery.
- Oversee project timelines, priorities, resources, deliverables, and client requirements.
- Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Provide technical guidance across full-stack development and AI/ML initiatives.
- Drive the development and integration of AI-powered and Generative AI applications.
- Identify and resolve technical, project, and delivery-related challenges.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Track project progress, identify risks, and ensure timely resolution of issues.

Required Skills & Experience

- 5–12 years of professional software development experience.




- Robust hands-on experience in full-stack development.
- Practical experience with AI/ML, Generative AI, or AI-driven applications.
- Proven experience in project ownership and end-to-end delivery.
- Strong people management and team leadership skills.
- Experience managing developers, project timelines, priorities, and client requirements.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Good to Have

- Experience with LLMs, AI Agents, Workflow Automation, or Voice AI.
- Experience with Azure, GitHub, and modern cloud technologies.
- Experience leading end-to-end product development and technology projects.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management practices.

Role : Project Lead – AI & Full-Stack Development

Experience : 5–12 Years

Location : Hyderabad

Package : ₹15 LPA – ₹20 LPA

Employment Type : Full-Time

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
