Key Responsibilities

- Understand customers’ travel requirements, preferences, budget, and expectations, and recommend suitable domestic and international tour packages.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers by providing personalized travel solutions and exceptional customer service.
- Follow up consistently with leads and prospects through calls to nurture enquiries and convert them into confirmed bookings.
- Prepare and present customized tour packages, including accommodations, transportation, activities, and other travel services based on customer requirements.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets while maintaining strong productivity, lead conversion, and revenue performance.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries, resolve concerns effectively,



and ensure a smooth customer experience from enquiry to post-trip follow-up.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the company's overall growth and market expansion.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, bookings, and sales activities in the company

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Candidates with 0–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Telecalling, Inside Sales, Customer Service, or are preferred.

Strong communication skills is mandatory.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
