Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Active Directory Engineer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), and Hybrid Identity environments. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in enterprise-scale identity and access management, AD administration, troubleshooting, security controls, and Microsoft cloud identity services.

Key Responsibilities

- Administer and support enterprise Microsoft Active Directory environments, including users, groups, OUs, Group Policy, DNS, replication, and Domain Controllers.
- Manage and troubleshoot Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and hybrid identity environments.
- Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Microsoft Entra Connect / Azure AD Connect synchronization.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting of authentication, replication, synchronization, access, and identity-related issues.
- Manage enterprise AD environments supporting 10,000+ users and multiple Domain Controllers.
- Implement and manage identity security controls, including RBAC/ABAC and Conditional Access policies.
- Support integration and administration of Exchange Online and related identity/access requirements.
- Work with email archiving solutions and troubleshoot related access, retention, and identity issues.
- Monitor system health, identify potential issues, and implement corrective and preventive measures.
- Follow enterprise security, change management, incident management, and operational procedures.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, security, messaging,



and application teams to resolve complex identity-related issues.
- Maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and knowledge articles.

Required Skills & Experience

- 5+ years of professional experience in Microsoft Active Directory administration and engineering.
- Solid hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
- Proven experience with Hybrid Identity and Entra Connect / Azure AD Connect.
- Experience managing large-scale enterprise AD environments with 10K+ users.
- Experience supporting environments with 2+ Domain Controllers.
- Strong knowledge of:

1- Active Directory Users and Computers
2- Organizational Units (OUs)
3- Group Policy
4- DNS and AD-integrated services
5- AD replication and Domain Controller troubleshooting
6- Authentication and authorization
7- RBAC and ABAC
8- Conditional Access
9-Identity synchronization

- Experience with Exchange Online and email archiving.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Experience working in large enterprise environments with established IT processes and security standards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate effectively with globally distributed teams.

Preferred Qualifications

- Microsoft certifications related to Identity, Active Directory, Azure/Entra, or Microsoft 365 are an advantage.
- Experience with enterprise identity security and access governance.
- Familiarity with PowerShell-based administration and automation.
- Experience working with ITIL-based incident, problem, and change management processes.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,600,000.00 per year
