Faculty – VFX Faculty

Location: Reliance Animation Academy – Thane

Salary: Rs 35,000 – Rs 45,000 per month

Job Summary:

Reliance Animation Academy, Thane is looking for an experienced and passionate VFX Faculty.

Key Responsibilities:

· Deliver training in VFX

· Guide students on animation production flow from VFX point of view

· Conduct practical and industry-oriented academic sessions

· Mentor students in portfolio and showreel development

· Support students with creative projects and assignments

· Ensure quality delivery of classroom sessions and student engagement

· Stay updated with current AVGC trends and softwares

Requirements:

· Degree or Diploma in Animation/VFX or related field.

· Minimum 3–5 years of combined teaching and production experience.

· Primary Focus:



Post-production, compositing, rotoscopy, match-moving, motion design, and audio-video editing.

· Core Software: Foundry Nuke, After Effects, Silhouette, Mocha, 3DEqualizer, PF Track, Premiere Pro, Audition.

· Key Deliverables: Teaching prep workflows (paint, roto, wire removal), 2D & 3D element integration, camera tracking, title animation, sound editing and color grading.

· Positive communication(English & Hindi) and mentoring skills

Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday | 09:30 AM – 06:30 PM

Preference will be given to candidates who can join on short notice/immediately.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
