We are looking for a technically strong Electrical Engineer to support company clients, Sales & Marketing teams, product testing, development and technical documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical support to company clients and Sales/Marketing teams.
- Handle technical queries through calls and emails.
- Visit client companies for product demonstrations, technical discussions and requirement understanding.
- Support product development, testing and qualification of new products.
- Prepare technical, testing and inspection reports.
- Coordinate with testing and inspection agencies and internal departments.
- Prepare technical presentations, product catalogues, manuals and tender documents.
- Handle technical and quality complaints from company clients and coordinate with internal teams for resolution.
- Support client visits, factory visits and exhibitions.

Requirements

- 3–5 years of relevant experience in technical support, electrical products, testing, product development, quality or manufacturing.
- Diploma / B.E.



/ B.Tech in Electrical Engineering / Electrical & Electronics Engineering
- Strong knowledge of Electrical Engineering and electrical products.
- Good understanding of technical specifications, drawings and testing procedures.
- Good communication, presentation and client-handling skills.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Office.
- Willingness to travel for client visits, inspections and exhibitions.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
