About the Role & Program

Are you a recent graduate looking to build a high-growth career in global trade and supply chain management? We are hiring 15 energetic Fresh Graduates for a 6-Month Paid Corporate Training Program designed to launch your career in International Freight Forwarding and B2B Sales.

During this 6-month structured program, you will gain hands-on expertise in international trade, ocean/air cargo operations, freight pricing, and corporate client acquisition—transitioning seamlessly from desk training to an independent B2B Field Sales Executive role.

What You Will Learn & Do (6-Month Roadmap)

- Months 1–2 (Operations & Basics): Learn the core mechanics of international logistics, Incoterms, ocean/air freight pricing, and shipment documentation.
- Months 3–4 (Inside Sales & Market Research): Conduct phone outreach, identify prospective importers/exporters, generate leads, and prepare custom client quotes.
- Months 5–6 (Guided Field Exposure): Accompany senior sales managers on client meetings across commercial and industrial hubs in Navi Mumbai.
- Post 6 Months:



Take full charge as an independent Field Sales Executive, manage corporate accounts, and unlock higher sales commission tiers.

Salary & Benefits

- Fixed Stipend: ₹15,000 Take-Home Salary / Month (During & Post-Training).

Requirements & Qualification

- Education: Open ONLY to recent Graduates (B.Com, BBA, BMS, B.Sc, B.A., or equivalent).
- Note: Postgraduates, MBAs, and PGDM candidates will NOT be considered for this role.
- Location: Must be residing in Navi Mumbai (Vashi, Nerul, Belapur, Kharghar, Panvel, Taloja, Airoli, etc.).
- Languages: Good conversational skills in Hindi and Marathi (Basic English required for client emails and system usage).
- Attitude: High energy, strong interpersonal skills, and a genuine interest in corporate B2B sales.

- Office Location: Belapur, Navi Mumbai
- Office Timings: Day Shift 09:30 AM to 06:00 PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
