CTC: ₹10–18 LPA

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager for Industrial EPC projects. The candidate will be responsible for business development, client acquisition, tender handling, proposal coordination, and revenue generation across the East region.

Key Responsibilities:

- Business development for Industrial EPC projects
- Client acquisition and key account management
- Handling tenders, proposals, BOQ, costing & negotiations
- Coordination with estimation, design & execution teams
- Tracking industrial projects and market opportunities
- Achieving sales targets and order booking

Required Skills:

- Industrial EPC / Electrical EPC / MEP Project Sales
- Tendering & Techno-Commercial Negotiation
- BOQ, Costing & Proposal Management
- Client Relationship Management
- Strong industrial client & consultant network

Qualification:
B.E./B.Tech (Electrical / Mechanical) preferred
MBA will be an added advantage

Important Note (Mandatory Requirements):





- Candidate must have experience in Industrial EPC / Electrical EPC / MEP / Infrastructure Project Sales only.
- Candidates from unrelated industries will not be considered.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant Industrial Project Sales experience is mandatory.
- Solid experience in tendering, BOQ, costing, techno-commercial negotiation, and client handling is compulsory.
- Candidate should be open to travel across East India region.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
