Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect incoming potatoes for size, variety, color, maturity, defects, bruises, cuts, greening, sprouting, and rot.
- Conduct quality checks on raw potatoes and finished products.
- Monitor parameters such as dry matter, moisture, defects, and color.
- Check potatoes and processed products against established quality specifications
- Conduct tests for products such as French fries, potato chips, flakes, starch, or frozen potato products, depending on the plant.
- Investigate quality complaints and process deviations.
- Verify packaging, labeling, weight, appearance, and shelf-life requirements.
- Knowledge of food quality control and food safety.
- Understanding of potato/raw-material quality parameters.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
