Requirements

With a background in agricultural science and a decade of experience in the agrochemical industry, candidates should be well-equipped to lead our operations in Kerala and Tamil Nadu. A proven track record of meeting revenue targets, managing the state portfolio, and building and leading teams is essential. Fluency in Malayalam, Tamil, Hindi, and English, along with excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders effectively, is required.

Salary - 15 Lac + Incentives

You will need to Have

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Agricultural Science
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the agrochemical industry
- Proven ability to meet revenue targets and manage collections
- Experience in appointing super distributors and managing the entire state portfolio
- Solid leadership and team management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
