Job Summary

L’empire Builders & Interiors is looking for an experienced Site Engineer to manage and supervise residential construction projects from execution through completion. The ideal candidate should have strong site coordination skills, technical knowledge, and hands-on experience in residential projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and workers.
- Monitor project progress and ensure activities are completed as per schedule.
- Check measurements, material requirements, and workmanship at site.
- Prepare daily/weekly site progress reports and maintain site records.
- Coordinate labour and subcontractor activities effectively.
- Identify and resolve site-level technical and execution issues.
- Ensure proper utilization of materials and minimize wastage.
- Monitor construction quality and safety practices.
- Coordinate with the office team regarding material procurement, manpower, and project requirements.
- Review drawings and communicate technical requirements clearly to the site team.
- Assist in quantity verification, billing, and work completion measurements.




- Maintain proper documentation and project updates.

Requirements

- Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering.
- 3–5+ years of experience in residential construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of civil construction methods and site execution.
- Ability to read and understand architectural and structural drawings.
- Good knowledge of estimation, measurements, and material requirements.
- Strong communication and team coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple site activities and meet deadlines.
- Candidates with Kerala residential project experience will be preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic construction-related software is an advantage.
