We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telesales Executive to promote products/services over the phone, generate sales, and maintain strong customer relationships. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to achieve sales targets.

Required Skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software).
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
- Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

- Minimum: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) / Graduate preferred.
- Experience in telesales, telemarketing, customer service, or call center is an advantage.
- Freshers with positive communication skills can also apply.

Preferred Requirements

- Experience in B2B or B2C sales.
- Knowledge of CRM software.
- Ability to speak English, Hindi, and local language.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
