- Chennai: 2 positions – Junior Robotics Trainer(s)
- Coimbatore: 2 junior Robotics Trainers,2 senior trainers

Role Overview

Aadhira Training and Placement Solutions is looking for passionate Junior and Senior Robotics Trainers to deliver practical, engaging, and industry-oriented robotics training programs for school students. For the Senior Trainer roles, prior school robotics training experience is required/preferred.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in robotics education, school-level robotics training, STEM activities, and project-based learning.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct robotics training sessions for school students.
- Design and deliver practical, hands-on robotics activities.
- Teach students basic to advanced concepts in robotics, electronics, sensors, automation, and programming.
- Guide students in building and demonstrating robotics projects.
- Conduct workshops, demonstrations, competitions, and project-based learning activities.
- Prepare lesson plans, training materials, activities, and project documentation.
- Evaluate students' learning and provide constructive feedback.
- Handle multiple batches and ensure effective classroom management.
- Coordinate with schools and the internal training team.




- Encourage students to develop problem-solving, creativity, and logical-thinking skills.

Required Skills & Experience

- Prior experience as a Robotics Trainer / STEM Trainer / Robotics Educator.
- Experience in conducting robotics training for school students is preferred.
- Strong practical knowledge of robotics and electronics.
- Knowledge of Arduino, sensors, motors, microcontrollers, and basic programming is preferred.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and engaging manner.
- Solid classroom management and student-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel to schools for training programs when required.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Robotics, Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Relevant robotics training certifications will be an added advantage.
