Role: Senior Software Engineer – Consumer Brand Platform

Shift: Night Shift (7:30 PM – 4:30 AM)

Tech Stack: TypeScript, Node.js, React, GraphQL, AWS Serverless (Lambda, AppSync, DynamoDB, EventBridge, SQS)

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Engineer to join our Consumer Brand Platform team. In this role, you will build and scale the tools and services powering the real-time delivery tracking and management experience across our logistics network, ensuring millions of consumers have transparent, accurate updates on their packages.

What You’ll Do

- End-to-End Ownership: Design, build, and maintain features across consumer-facing apps, GraphQL APIs, and event-driven backend services from architecture to production rollout behind feature flags.
- System Architecture: Make key architectural decisions for complex distributed systems and break down technical roadmaps into iterative milestones.
- Reliability & Observability: Build resilient public-facing experiences with accurate notification delivery, advanced alerting, and proactive reliability improvements.
- AI-Native Engineering: Integrate contemporary development workflows using tools like Claude Code, Cursor, and GitHub Copilot.




- Mentorship & Quality: Drive high code-review standards, document technical learnings, and mentor fellow engineers.

What We’re Looking For

- 5–7+ years of experience building and scaling applications in high-traffic production environments.
- Full-Stack Proficiency: Strong hands-on experience with TypeScript, Node.js, GraphQL, and React.
- AWS Serverless Expertise: Deep knowledge of AWS Lambda, AppSync, DynamoDB (including single-table design), EventBridge, and SQS.
- Distributed Systems: Solid understanding of event-driven architectures and handling idempotency in at-least-once delivery environments.
- Trade-off Mindset: Ability to balance engineering effort, cost, vendor dependencies, and iterative shipping.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with privacy engineering (consent modeling, data deletion workflows).
- Knowledge of public edge protection, CDN caching, rate limiting, and bot mitigation.
- Familiarity with React Native and Expo.

Pay: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹2,700,000.00 per year
