Job Summary:
The Senior Barista leads daily café operations, ensuring exceptional coffee quality, customer service, and team performance. This role supports training and supervision of baristas, maintains high product standards, and contributes to creating a welcoming, efficient café setting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages according to company standards
- Supervise barista team, providing guidance, support, and on-the-job training
- Ensure cleanliness, organization, and proper maintenance of equipment and work areas
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and care
- Monitor inventory and assist with ordering and stock management
- Support the Café Manager in achieving sales and service goals

Requirements:

- 2+ years’ experience as a barista, including leadership or shift lead experience
- Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and café operations
- Excellent communication, multitasking, and customer service skills
- Passion for coffee and creating a positive customer experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
