We are looking for a disciplined and detail-oriented Central Operations Monitoring & Compliance Executive to join our Head Office Monitoring Desk.

The role involves monitoring security operations across multiple sites, tracking attendance and compliance, following up with Field Officers/Supervisors, identifying exceptions, escalating issues and ensuring closure with proper evidence.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor daily attendance, deployment and post-wise manpower across sites.
- Track reports, incidents, complaints, compliance and pending actions.
- Identify issues such as unmanned posts, attendance gaps, pending police verification and documentation lapses.
- Follow up with Field Officers, Supervisors and Site In-charges for timely closure.
- Escalate critical issues to senior management without delay.
- Maintain accurate MIS and operational records using Excel/ERP.
- Verify that reported issues are actually resolved before closing them.




- Prepare daily/weekly management reports and exception summaries.
- Maintain confidentiality of security and employee-related information.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline; preferred.
- Valuable working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Email and WhatsApp Business.
- Strong written and verbal communication in English and Hindi.
- Good follow-up, documentation and coordination skills.
- Comfortable working with multiple sites and repetitive daily monitoring.
- Ability to confidently escalate issues, including to senior personnel.
- Experience in MIS, operations, compliance, manpower or security services will be an advantage.

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
