Job Summary

Active Freight Logistics is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated fresh graduates to join our Operations team. The Operations Executive will support day-to-day activities at ICD and CWC locations, assist in import and export operations, maintain operational documentation, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure smooth cargo movement.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in import and export operational activities at ICD and CWC locations.
- Support the preparation and processing of clearance documents and gate passes.
- Maintain accurate records and proper documentation of import and export shipments.
- Coordinate with Customs House Agents (CHA), transporters, warehouse teams, and internal departments.
- Verify shipment documents and ensure all required paperwork is complete.
- Track container movement and update shipment status regularly.




- Assist in document submission and collection at ICD/CWC offices.
- Ensure timely filing and maintenance of operational records.
- Follow company SOPs and operational guidelines.
- Support the Operations team in completing day-to-day logistics activities.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Reporting Manager.

Eligibility

- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Freshers are preferred.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
- Willingness to travel to ICD and CWC locations as required.
- Candidate residing nearby the location preferred

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
