We’re Hiring | Business Development Executive – BIM & Construction
We’re looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to join our growing BIM & Construction startup and help us expand our client base in the AEC industry.
Experience: 2–3 years
Salary: ₹2–2.5 LPA + Performance Incentives
Location: Nagavara , Bangalore
Type: Full-time

What you’ll be doing:

- Generate and qualify B2B leads
- Identify construction, architecture, engineering and real-estate prospects
- Connect with decision-makers through calls, LinkedIn and email
- Pitch our BIM & construction services
- Schedule client meetings and understand requirements
- Prepare proposals and coordinate with the technical team
- Follow up with prospects and convert them into clients
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Achieve monthly sales/business development targets

What we’re looking for:




✅ 2–3 years of experience in B2B Sales / Business Development
✅ Experience in BIM, Construction, Architecture, Engineering, Interiors or Real Estate is a strong advantage
✅ Excellent communication and negotiation skills
✅ Comfortable with cold calling and client outreach
✅ Strong lead-generation and follow-up skills
✅ Self-driven, target-oriented and comfortable working in a startup environment

This is a sales-focused role — we’re looking for someone who enjoys finding prospects, speaking with decision-makers and closing business.
