We are looking for a knowledgeable and client-focused UK Visa Counsellor to assist students, professionals, and travelers with the UK visa application process. The candidate will be responsible for counseling clients, reviewing documentation, guiding applicants on visa requirements, and ensuring successful and timely visa submissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel clients regarding UK visa categories including student, visitor, work, and dependent visas.
- Explain UK immigration rules, documentation requirements, and application procedures clearly to clients.
- Assist clients in preparing and organizing visa documentation.
- Review application forms and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Track visa applications and provide regular updates to clients.
- Coordinate with universities, embassies, and immigration authorities when required.
- Maintain proper records of client profiles and application status.
- Handle client queries through calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
- Ensure compliance with UK visa policies and company procedures.
- Stay updated with changes in UK immigration laws and visa regulations.




- Achieve monthly counseling and visa processing targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in UK visa counseling or immigration services preferred.
- Strong understanding of UK visa procedures and documentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and email communication.
- Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple applications simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in overseas education or immigration consultancy.
- Knowledge of CAS, UK university admission process, and UKVI guidelines.
- Fluent English speaking and writing skills.
